Sunrise service was great (chilly, but great). I was surprised at the number of people who turned out. Jamie is not feeling well and stayed snuggled into a blanket.
While I was making dinner, I gave Jamie some Benadryl and she conked out before I was finished. She is feeling a little better, but her cough sounds worse.
Tomorrow is back to school. God help me to remember to set a Godly example for my children, to teach them to walk in truth, and to train them "in the way they should go." Keep my eyes focused on You and remind me to listen to Your Holy Spirit and let Him guide my words and my actions.
Father, please let Caleb gain the reading comprehension he needs to succeed. You made him and you know what he needs, please help me be able to help him. For Isaac, I pray that you will help him focus when doing math problems and remember when doing division problems that the rules for adding and subtracting don't change. For Jamie, I pray that you will instill in her a meek and quiet spirit. Help her to always be kind and not arrogant. Help me to help her in this by not comparing her to the boys and not lifting her up as an example to them. Forgive me where I have failed in this before.
